bye bye sugar cravings, hello slimmer new me

Changing to a plant-based diet has been a wonderful experience full of benefits, and it has all been down to the passion, knowledge, calm guidance and care of Jess, my food coach. I have stopped eating sugar and have had no cravings whatsoever. I’ve lost about 12 pounds in 6 weeks, nice and slowly. I feel great, my skin is wonderful, and most of all, every time I eat I feel happy about what I am putting in my body. Jess is always there and has taught me how simple it is to prepare and enjoy endless tasty delights. In 6 weeks, I’ve built a great reserve of ideas and resources; and now I find it a doddle to choose, buy and prepare such wonderful health-giving foods.
