simply sensational strawberries

Serves one

This is often my second breakfast or afternoon snack, and so good I often get back into the kitchen for another bowl as soon as I finish my last spoonful.

1/4 cup sprouted wheat berries or rye (optional but wonderful)
3/4 cup ripe strawberries, rinsed, crowned and quartered
1 teaspoon ground flax seed
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

Assemble in order given and enjoy by a sunny window.
