one-minute guacamole
Makes about 1 cup
If you’re making this ahead of time, tuck the pit/stone into the guac – it keeps it from going brown. Nature is so clever.
Ripe Hass avocado
Handful fresh cilantro/coriander
Pinch of sea salt
Black pepper
Use a sharp knife to halve and twist the avocado open, then simply slice a grid through the flesh just to the skin. Spoon the pieces out into a bowl.
Chop the cilantro/coriander and add it to the avocado with the sea salt and lots of freshly ground black pepper. Mash everything up with the back of a fork, but keep it nice and chunky.
