oh, happy day smoothie

Serves one

Swap this for your morning cup of coffee during mango season and get a different kind of Spring in your step.

1 ripe mango, peeled and stoned
2 handfuls organic spinach
3-inch cucumber portion, peeled
Small piece of fresh ginger
3/4 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup filtered water

Put everything into a blender and whizz until smooth.

Superfood it: Add 1/2 teaspoon maca powder and 1 teaspoon blue-green algae before blending.
