Proportions are merely suggestions, so make it a point to play around!

coconut chocolate monkey

Serves 1

Whenever the craving for a milkshake hits, whip this up instead.

1 cup coconut milk
1 ripe Fairtrade banana
1 tablespoon cacao powder or 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
Generous dash cinnamon
5 ice cubes

Whizz everything together in a blender until smooth, pour into a glass and slurp with a straw.

Superfood it: Add 1/2 teaspoon maca powder before blending.
