1. bye bye sugar cravings, hello slimmer new me

    Changing to a plant-based diet has been a wonderful experience full of benefits, and it has all been down to the passion, knowledge, calm guidance and care of Jess, my food coach. I have stopped eating sugar and have had no cravings whatsoever. I've lost about 12 pounds in 6 weeks, nice and slowly. I feel great, my skin is wonderful, and most of all, every time I eat I feel happy about what I am putting in my body. Jess is always there and has taught me how simple it is to prepare and enjoy endless tasty delights. In 6 weeks, I've built a great reserve of ideas and resources; and now I find it a doddle to choose, buy and prepare such wonderful health-giving foods.

  2. i never believed healthy could taste so great

    Being a lover of meat, dairy and sugar, I assumed anything raw or plant based would be tasteless and bland, and my first reaction would be to reach for the salt pot! That was before I tasted Jessica’s food. I was pleasantly surprised and felt very guilty about secretly prejudging the dinner she so generously made. I’ve since changed my views; not only is this kind of eating immensely nutritious, it tastes great too, and you can be surprisingly creative as Jessica’s recipes rightly point out.

    By taking me shopping and preparing lunch right in my own kitchen, Jessica really opened my eyes to a variety of plant-based meals for my family that are easy to make, healthy and delicious.   4. breakfast like a king...without the royal girth

    When I finished my last bite of Jessica's pancakes and expressed how amazing they were, she revealed that they were made with no eggs, dairy, or white flour. I honestly couldn't believe that I had the sort of breakfast I have been avoiding to try and lose weight. Jessica's belief in having a healthier lifestyle is something to admire. When she's preparing food and speaking about the benefits of knowing what goes in the food we eat, she has the ability to bring it to life in a way that even I can start eating foods I never thought I could make myself!
